At DeskPlusPro, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we provide digital software licenses (QuickBooks Desktop), our return and refund policy reflects the nature of these non-tangible goods.
ā 1. Digital Product Delivery
All products sold on DeskPlusPro.com are digital licenses delivered via email after successful payment.
No physical shipment is made.
š 2. Return & Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- You did not receive the product/license key within 24 hours
- The product/license key is invalid or non-functional, and we are unable to replace it
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
ā ļø No refunds will be issued for customer error, such as purchasing the wrong version or system (e.g. buying a Windows version for Mac).

To prevent abuse, every license key is tracked and logged. If a key has been viewed, downloaded, or activated, we may decline refund requests unless proven defective.
